*Active Member:
- Spouse of any Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, or Foreign Military Officer.
- Privileges: Shall be permitted to vote, serve on Governing Board, and participate in all HOSC sponsored events.
*Associate Member:
- Spouse of any Retired Military Officer; widows or widowers of deceased Military Officer, as long as marital status remains unchanged; spouses of DoD Civilians in the grade levels of GS-7 and above; dependent adult relatives residing in Hawaii with a US Military Officer; others as approved by the Governing Board and subject to annual renewal.
- Privileges: Shall be permitted to vote, serve as a Coordinator on Governing Board, and participate in all HOSC sponsored events.
*ANNUAL DUES:
Active and Associate Members (O-1/GS-7/W-1) = Free
Active and Associate Members (O-2 to O-3/GS-8 to GS-9/W-2 to W-3) = $60/year
Active and Associate Members (O-4 to O-6/GS-10 to GS-15/W-4 to W-5) = $80/year
Active and Associate Members (O-7and above) = $100/year
HALF-YEAR DISCOUNT:
Dues are discounted by 50% for members joining after January 1 for the current year. Please select the appropriate membership level HALF YEAR option when completing your application to receive this discount.
